In addition to requiring little maintenance, they'll never contaminate your line with lint. Exceptional mechanical strength and chemical resistance means you can use these rollers with a wide range of solvents, acids, and alkalis. Shima rollers can be ordered with or without a PVC shaft.

Polyurethane rollers offer the same outstanding water absorbency and retention as PVA rollers. In addition to offering trouble free maintenance, Polyurethane rollers provide:
- High Heat resistance. Stable performance in an environment 100°-130° C, or in boiling water of 100° C.
- Advanced flexibility. Soft and supple even when dry.
- Stable towards salts. Can be used in alcohol or acids.
